Potent Global Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Backend Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Backend Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional administrative and operational support. Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as development and support, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing sales documentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales targets and objectives are met
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in using CRM systems and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ERPNEXT etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
